  • Carbon vs price analysis for different price utility price mechanisms.

  • Storage use case and evaluation of carbon impacts for conditional discharge

  • Industry engagement with innovators and energy users on how carbon is valued in business cases

RESULTS

  • Strategy developed to deploy conditional battery discharge, responding to granular carbon intensity signals

  • 3.5% additional carbon saving through battery conditional discharge, resulting in a 23.5% carbon reduction

  • Modelling range of carbon prices to enable storage investment paybacks
