Optimising value from existing renewable generation assets and energy use across Borough of Merton estate. Feasibility also undertaken for co-locating battery storage with existing solar PV.
Evaluate the ‘carbon gap’ and potential, as well as barriers to optimising for carbon value. Use case modelling the impact of flexibility to a carbon signal.

Set up new service line for major facilities company to digitise their M&E services to capture market share. Business case development, commercialisation and customer business development.
